Shipping Rates & Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders (domestic and international).

Order Processing & Handling Time

We pride ourselves on fast fulfillment from our location in Waycross, Georgia.

Domestic (USA):

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed and shipped the same day or the next business day (Monday – Saturday).

International Shipment:

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday – Saturday).

Order Cut-off Time: 06:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Transit Time & Delivery

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx for international), the estimated delivery time is:

  • Domestic transit time: 3 to 4 business days.
  • International transit time: 6 to 12 business days.

Shipping Carriers

We use reliable carriers including USPS and UPS or FedEx for international to ensure your package arrives safely. All orders include a tracking number so you can follow your tea's journey to your doorstep.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at help@cgsfresh.com within 24 hours.
